This policy explains how LeksaGlobal Consulting ("we", "us") collects, uses and protects your personal data when you visit leksaglobal.com or fill in our form. We follow India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

1. Who we are

LeksaGlobal Consulting is a lead generation and performance marketing agency for software training institutes, based in Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh, India. You can reach us at shivam@leksaglobal.com.

2. What we collect

Details you give us when you fill in the Free Audit form:

• Your name and WhatsApp number
• Your institute's website, if you share it
• How you get students now, your biggest challenge and your monthly ad budget

Details collected automatically when you visit the site:

• The ad or link that brought you here, such as campaign, ad set and ad names, and click IDs from Meta or Google
• The page you landed on and the website that referred you
• Basic device and browser information, collected by cookies and similar tools

3. How we use it

• To contact you on WhatsApp, phone or email about the audit you asked for
• To prepare an audit and ad plan for your institute
• To measure which of our own ads bring enquiries, so we can improve them
• To keep the site secure and stop spam

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for anything unrelated to your enquiry.

4. Cookies and tracking

We use the Meta Pixel and Google tools to understand visits and measure our ads. They may set cookies in your browser. Meta and Google handle that data under their own privacy policies. You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings, and you can manage ad preferences in your Meta and Google accounts.

We also store the ad details from your first visit in your browser for up to 30 days, so we know which ad led to your enquiry.

5. Who we share it with

We share your data only with service providers that help us run this site and reply to you:

• Google (Google Sheets and Gmail), where enquiries are stored and sent to us
• Meta and Google, for ad measurement
• Our website hosting provider

These providers may store data on servers outside India. We may also share data if the law requires it.

6. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless you ask us to delete them sooner or the law requires us to keep them longer.

7. Your rights

You can ask us to:

• Tell you what personal data we hold about you
• Correct or update it
• Delete it
• Stop contacting you, which withdraws your consent

8. Security

We limit access to enquiry data to our team and use secure, password-protected tools. No website is fully secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.

9. Children

This site is for institute owners and staff. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.

11. Grievances and contact

If you're not satisfied with our reply, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
